General SERVPRO of Evanston | All 10's SERVPRO of Evanston Customer Satisfaction Survey completed on June 27th.

Whether it is Fire, Water, Mold, Biohazard, or Odor, any delay in starting the restoration process can lead to additional/secondary damage, as well as extra expense for the property owner.  As such, SERVPRO prides itself on being “Faster to Any Size Disaster.”

But there is certainly much more to disaster restoration than simply showing up quickly.  Once we are on-scene, we make it our mission to treat each and every property (home and/or business) as if it were our own.  We know that our customers are allowing us access to what is probably their most valuable asset and we treat it as such.

One look through our files shows that our customers seem to appreciate our efforts.
